Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All bookings require to be confirmed by a deposit of $20, via bank transfer
(The deposit of $20 will be taken to secure your appointment & it will be deducted from your total amount payable)
-Booking may be cancelled without notice if you do not transfer the deposit of $20 in 2 hours after your online booking or if you do not text me your screenshot of transfer with your booking name.
General Terms & Conditions
Please arrive on time and bear in mind that your appointment starts and ends at the time you are booked for; if you arrive late, or time is taken to clean your lashes we will not be able to apply as many lashes on you. We are unable to extend the appointment time for late arrivals.
If you require a removal of existing lashes, please book for a REMOVAL service along with your new set so we can reserve enough time.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you; last minute cancellations are not only a disadvantage to our business, it means other clients miss out on that spot. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that we only accept CASH payment at this moment. Thank you.
